GEMINI MANOR has always stood for exploring potentials in spite of adversity, finding new possibilities in situations and things and, of course, FANTASY! That is one of the many reasons some of us at The MANOR decided to embark on a new adventure - that of creating our first film project.
The "DREAM OF ALVAREEN" (http://www.alvareen.com) a story of possibilities and explorations. One woman's search for truth and meaning amidst the chaos of a past and present world. There is much beauty and spiritual wisdom that is offered her as well as sword fights and other challenges. We have all (over 300 hundred people!) worked very hard to create this story. Our goal is more than just producing one film: we would like to start a new, film production company that will produce quality fantasy and adventure movies that educate as well as entertain. An amazingly beautiful film was created in Soviet Russia in 1946. It is called: "THE STONE FLOWER". It has inspired countless film visionaries (such as George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola) over the years. We will be showing it at Gemini Manor on Sunday, January 9 (approximately 9:00 PM).
